1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bet33x ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "Member"). By accessing the bet33x platform or opening an account, you agree to accept these Terms in full.

bet33x operates an online casino and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and that version shall be considered the original and authoritative version.

Key Definitions

• "Real Money Balance" — Actual funds deposited into a member's account.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the bet33x platform. This service is available to users aged 21 and above only. Providing a false age during registration will result in immediate account closure and any active balance may be forfeited.

One Person, One Account

Each individual may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. Multiple members from the same household may register using the same device or IP address, however bet33x reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity.

Registration Requirements

• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided.
• A valid and active email address must be used.
• Documents required for identity verification (National ID card or passport) may need to be submitted.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep all information provided at registration up to date at all times.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bet33x reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until the verification process (KYC) is complete. bet33x may request additional documents in cases of suspicious or inconsistent information.

3 Account Usage Rules

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify our support team immediately.

Account Transfer

Selling, transferring or giving access to a bet33x account to another person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed immediately.

Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (email, mobile number, payment information), update them in your account settings or contact the support team. bet33x will not be responsible for any transaction issues caused by outdated information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on bet33x: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. A minimum deposit of ৳200 applies to each method.

• All deposit transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposit amounts will be credited to the account promptly, though a short delay may occur for system verification.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete.

• Withdrawal requests will be processed only through the same method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The designated wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• bet33x reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement to withdraw this bonus is 10 times.

Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, the designated wagering requirement (10x) must be met. This means bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount must be placed. Only the real money balance can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

General Promotion Terms

• Each promotional offer will have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the promotions page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus offers must be activated within a specified time period.
• bet33x reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• If abuse of bonus terms is detected, the relevant bonus and any potential winnings will be forfeited.

VIP Program

bet33x offers four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit, with higher tiers receiving greater benefits. bet33x reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6 Gaming Rules

Fair Play

bet33x is committed to ensuring fair play. All games on our platform are operated by software from approved providers. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Game Terms

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the funds returned.
• bet33x will not be held responsible if a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.

Betting Limits

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Attempting any form of fraud, deception or manipulation.
• Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
• Harassing or deceiving other members.
• Opening an account using a false identity or false information.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment details.
• Filing a chargeback or disputed payment against bet33x.

8 Privacy and Security

11 Limitation of Liability
